An iterative layered interference canceller scheme for OFDM in wireless mesh security networks

Abstract: The wireless mesh security networks (WMSN) are widely used in next generation communications due to their coverage and convenient deployment. However, when radio nodes communicate with each other simultaneously in a single network, interference may occur, leading to no recoverability of some signals. Moreover, the interference has a bad influence on the network security. To solve this problem, we introduce a novel layered interference cancellation scheme (LIC). Through computer simulations, we demonstrate that the proposed system achieves good error performance and provides effective and flexible interference cancellation in WMSNs.
