Abstract: A new expression in the form of product rule with two known parameters (R4/2 * B(E2)↑) is proposed. The correspondence of the absolute B(E2)↑ values, energy ratio R4/2 and their product (R4/2 * B(E2)↑) versus the proton number Z is illustrated. It explains fairly well the shape phase transition at N = 88-90 isotones and the subshell effect at Z = 64. This method becomes an alternative way and also improves the previous results.
