Abstract: Supplier selection and evaluation have become one of the major decisions for managers in production and operations management sections for both industry and service environments. This research presents a new model that is gained by combination of house of quality (HOQ) which is a part of quality function development (QFD) utilising analytical network process (ANP) to select the appropriate supplier. This study begins with identification of features that purchased products should have them (WHAT's, internal variable) to satisfy companies requirements, then create criteria to evaluate suppliers (HOW) to rank suppliers based on merit index to determine relative importance of factors in QFD used ANP.
