Abstract: According to our previous web services design analysis proposed at ICETI2012, this study presents another novel idea based on the goal-oriented web browser architecture proposed by Faaborg and Lieberman (2006). Using the revised proposal by Carot et al. (2010), data detector and learning by example are two information capturing and reasoning services from the web via a semantic web knowledge base. Semantic web services, which have information reasoning and transit abilities, combine semantic web with web services. This study modifies the goal-oriented architecture to integrate the proposal analysis and design method for analysing and designing suitable semantic web services. The Plurk social website and MARC extracting are used to implement and verify the analysis and design method.
