by Pak Tee Ng
International Journal of Quality and Innovation (IJQI), Vol. 2, No. 3/4, 2014

Abstract: Quality and innovation are two key competitive strategies that many organisations pursue to win customers in their business. But the application of quality and innovation is complex in the public provision of education where the bottom-line is not directly measured in financial terms.
