The effect of organisational factors of knowledge management on corporate entrepreneurship: an empirical investigation on Iranian sport organisations

Abstract: Today's organisations are faced with a global competition environment and for achieving success in this environment, they always feel the need for radical change, innovation and creativity. Corporate entrepreneurship is a necessary element for these changes. The purpose of the present research is to determine the relationship between organisational factors of knowledge management and corporate entrepreneurship in Iranian sports organisations. In fact, Iranian sport organisations can improve their competitive advantage by establishing organisational factors of knowledge management through corporate entrepreneurship. This research is based on structural equations modelling (SEM). Statistical population of the research includes the managers of Iranian sport organisations. Data has been collected by questionnaire and has been analysed using SPSS18 and AMOS20 software. Findings of the research imply positive and significant effect of organisational factors of knowledge management on corporate entrepreneurship in Iranian sport organisations.
