Abstract: In this paper is presented an evaluation of individuals as a manager before a decision is customarily made by Board of Directors. Here, a novel methodology is presented to provide a simple approach to assess alternatives of managers and help the decision-makers to select the best one by using criteria of comparing individuals as management with a hybrid of AHP and TOPSIS techniques in the uncertain environment. In the proposed method, AHP is used to analyse the structure of the management selection problem and to determine weights of the criteria for each decision-maker based on pair-wise comparison matrix with uncertain data. TOPSIS method is used to obtain weights of decision makers (DMs). Final ranking is fulfilment by multi attribute group decision making (MAGDM) approach. A numerical example is examined to show the potential applications of the proposed methodology in the management selection problem.
