Abstract: This study presents a holistic review of research grounded on technology acceptance model (TAM) in the context of internet banking services (IBS). The review concludes that research on individual internet banking adoption research is mature and constitutes a sound theoretical body of individual adoption and usage nonetheless, the research on IBS is in an inconclusive stage regarding the approaches of attitudinal and cultural beliefs that influence individual adoption of IBS. This paper introduces an integrated conceptual model for internet banking adoption, which has universal applicability.
