International Journal of Mobile Network Design and Innovation (IJMNDI), Vol. 5, No. 3, 2014

Abstract: It is the usual policy of Inderscience to retract from publication any paper if, subsequent to publication, it becomes a matter of dispute about intellectual property, publishing ethics or legal issues. Each case is judged on individual circumstances. In this case, the first author asks that this paper be removed from the journal because he acknowledges that he has used some of the contents in another of his papers, A Deadlock-Free Dynamic Reconfiguration Protocol for Distributed Routing on Interconnection Networks published in the International Arab Journal of Information Technology, Vol. 11 (6): November 2014, pp.616-612 . This paper is therefore retracted.
