Abstract: In this study, the mass attenuation coefficient, the effective atomic number and the effective electron density have been calculated for some tungsten alloys in the energy range from 100 keV to 100 GeV by using WinXCom program. The variation of these parameters with incident photon energy is shown graphically. The results show that all these parameters vary with the incident photon energy and the chemical composition.
