Abstract: In this paper, a new sufficient condition of stability robustness for the LQG active suspension systems subject to disturbance/noise uncertainties and nonlinear/linear time-varying plant perturbations is presented. The proposed new sufficient condition provides a quantitative measure for automotive designers to design the LQG active suspension systems with robustness properties. An illustrated example is given to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed new method.
