Abstract: Undergraduate business management programmes at higher education institutions in Thailand are being challenged by international corporations to equip their junior and senior students to become effective working future team members in a cross-cultural working environment. A conceptual framework for students to become team learners to support the process of team learning has been constructed through the application of the 'McKinsey 7S' framework. Students as team learners become the pillars that support the process of team learning by configuring the current situation and to seek for leverage to enhance team alignment.
