Abstract: Four new releases are highlighted. 1) The EU Directorate-General of Communications Networks, Content and Technology has released the insight report of the 2012 e-Government survey. 2) OSEPA, Open Source Software usage by European Public, has been implemented through a partnership of 12 organisations in 11 countries. 3) The Economist Intelligence Unit has released a new report focused on e-Government trends in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). 4) The Center for International Media Assistance (CIMA) has published a new report entitled "Is There a Link Between Digital Media and Good Governance? What the Academics Say"
