Abstract: Water reuse is the use of a treated wastewater for beneficial uses, such as irrigation and industrial cooling. The advancements in water treatment technologies have allowed the industries to successfully use the waters with lesser quality. These advancements have enabled a better control of deposits, corrosion, and biological problems often associated with the use of reclaimed water in a concentrated cooling water system. In this context, the use of reclaimed waters for industrial uses such as fire fighting, cooling towers and boilers is emphasised to be essential to Isfahan, Iran. Therefore, this research is done based on the information collected from the sewage treatment plant and identifying the large and small industries in north of Isfahan. The availability of reclaimed waters in view of both quantity and quality for being transferred to an advanced water treatment plant and generally supplying north of Isfahan industries are investigated. The trends of outflow results are shown that the one of the supplies of reclaimed water in the selected region is sufficient for total industrial water demand. So, the quality results of reclaimed water are compared with each industrial application and non-standard parameters are determined and based on these, additional treatment plant is designed.
