Abstract: The purpose of this study is to collect the first to the fifth ray of the bound foot and analyse CAD model application in foot kinematics. Bound foot models were built through CT scan images, and boundary of 3D recreation were according to these images. We calculated the metatarsal angle and Horizontal Metatarsal Angle (HMA) using motion analysis system. The bound foot group formed larger HMA than the control group. The biggest difference was found in the fifth metatarsal which possessing the largest HMA in bound foot, but it was the smallest in control group. These results especially the middle part angle relationship can be further used for analysis of foot mechanics during walking or other activities.
