Study on the hazardous materials' vehicle scheduling route based on uncertain operator

Abstract: In order to select the best vehicle scheduling route for hazardous materials, a new method based on uncertain operator is proposed. On the foundation of establishing the indices of hazardous materials' vehicle scheduling routes, some basic theories of Uncertain Linguistic Hybrid Aggregation (ULHA) operator are used and the multi-attribute vehicle scheduling route decision-making method based on ULHA is set up. Finally, an example shows the method is feasible.
