Humour as a means of management

Abstract: The article is devoted to the humour as a means of management and regulation of business relations. The importance of humour in the personnel management is demonstrated, as well as the main issues of its use and possible solutions are suggested. The paper gives tips for using humour in the sphere of management and illustrates how it is acceptable to joke here. Special attention is paid to the question: should the people use humour in business sphere or not. Besides, the Russian attitude to this issue is demonstrated and explained.
