Abstract: Resilient management problem in closed-loop supply chain network design based on patent protection is studied. A system supply framework is established, integrating resilient members selection/pre-warning/manufacturing and recycle/resilient inventory operation/resilient congestion delay/resilient transportation. Then we put forward supply chain resilient management methods, combining general model of supply chain network design, establishing a competitive multi-sourcing closed-loop resilient network. According to the failure of various distributors' business, we make use of resilient framework with multiple-source supply. Finally, a simulation application is made with different expectations tolerance level, so as to inspect their influence to the target function, resilient framework and competitive manufacturer with remanufacturer, and make a resilient network redesign.
