Abstract: This study has devoted much effort to develop an integrated model to enumerate the interrelationship between the inhibitors hindering the smoothness of a telecom service supply chain and to categorise them into four clusters based on their driving power and dependence power. In this regard, based on the interrelationship between the inhibitors, a theoretical framework is proposed. There exist high driving power and dependence among the inhibitors of telecom service supply chain. The result of this research may be of benefit to service managers intending to develop SCM aspects in their organisation. It will help the managers to understand the criticality of bottleneck factors. Interrelationships existing among the factors can help to rationalise the time and resource constraints; and the effect of some extraneous variables could be trapped when derived benefits varies from expected one. The paper is made based on parameters paramount in the current scenario. The paper focuses the relationships between various inhibitors of a telecom service supply chain. Based on the outcomes of the results managerial implications, action plan and scope for further research are delineated.
