Characteristics of knowledge-intensive services: a study of German companies

Abstract: The results of an empirical study of German companies are presented. The analyses focus on characteristics of knowledge-intensive industrial services. The term 'knowledge-intensive service' is defined and constitutive characteristics are developed.
