Knowledge management through learning model in industrial projects

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to introduce qualitative analysing method and learning model for project management. The new understanding gained by this analysis is needed in the steering of the project organisation's maintaining systems: control system, working system, information system and support system. The overall aim is to model a method of project learning focused on the organisation's system critical parameters. The conceptual part of this paper deals with organisational learning, activity theory, knowledge management and systems theories. Finally, some case results from industry are introduced in this article.
