In Step 1, according to literature, semi-structured questionnaires and interviews conducted with professionals, effective items on success factors are identified. Then, in Step 2, essential component in BPR and these managerial approaches are presented and in Step 3 our methodology and framework is proposed. Fixed and identified sequence could not be considered for above managerial approaches in implementing the BPR project in accordance with the proposed framework because these approaches are an inseparable part of the methodology's steps. However, in order to show systematic methodology and steps, these sequence and arrangements are considered. Also, for verification and validation of this study, statistical techniques that extract proper information are used.
