Abstract: This study aimed at investigating the relationship between HR competencies (knowledge of business, HR functional expertise, and managing change), perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitudes towards using e-HRM. The sample consisted of 154 HR professionals. Regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The findings from this study indicated that managing change is positively related to perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use is positively related to perceived usefulness and attitude towards using e-HRM. Besides, perceived usefulness has a significant effect on attitude towards using e-HRM. Implications of the findings are further explored.
