Within the scope of this study, related literature was examined and then a questionnaire survey was conducted to managers in an organisation from retailing sector to reveal out the importance of the success criteria. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Multiple Discriminant Analysis (MDA) have been utilised to seek the effects of different functional department perceptions.
