Abstract: Methods for the selection of candidates for work as an operator of man-machine systems (MMS) are analysed. Vector estimates of candidates' intelligence, containing static and dynamic components defining candidates' problem-solving abilities under uncertainty conditions and for self-learning are proposed. The properties of the proposed estimates are examined with an example of five tested candidates.
