Abstract: Many pieces of Nd-Fe-B permanent-magnet materials are fixed to the generator rotor iron core through pole-boots and non-magnetic screws, and the adjoining Nd-Fe-B permanent-magnet material's polarity is opposite, that is N polarity and S polarity are arrayed alternately, which compose the permanent-magnet rotor. When rotor is rotating, magnetic field rotating with it, meanwhile, armature coil cuts magnetic-curve and produces electromotive force. The four-phase half-controlled bridge rectification voltage stabiliser is designed, which is composed of reference circuit, comparator circuit, trigger circuit and rectifying circuit, meanwhile, it can both regulate the voltage and the current and put out direct current with stable voltage. The voltage instability, which is caused by the permanent-magnet generator of electric vehicle range extender at wide speed and wide load, is settled.
