by Nicolae Cretu; Mihail-Ioan Pop
International Journal of Microstructure and Materials Properties (IJMMP), Vol. 6, No. 3/4, 2011

Abstract: The present paper contains a lot of experimental measurements on the magnetoacoustic effect in carbon steel rods and an analysis of the shape of the line of the effect, obtained in the standing wave case. The aim of the analysis is to suggest a possible application of the effect in non-destructive evaluation of ferromagnetic samples.
