Abstract: Glaucoma is one of the main leading causes of blindness; it is a progressive and irreversible disease. Of different types of glaucoma, open angle glaucoma (OAG) is relatively more common but may cause more damage; it is very hard to notice until significant vision loss because of the irreversible disease progression. Therefore, accurate prediction, early detection and diagnosis will be important to assign treatment at the early stage of OAG to prevent or avoid further vision loss. In this paper, we used collinearity analysis to evaluate potential risk factors, logistic regression models to identify a minimum set of risk factors and prognostic factors for the development and diagnosis of the disease.
