Abstract: Currently, in China, a great many medical image devices are used in hospitals with non-DICOM 3.0 standard digital interfaces and it is impossible to make wide updates in the near future. In order to connect the non-DICOM 3.0 medical image devices with the network of the management system of the DICOM 3.0 standard HRPS digital hospital, and to realise the share of device resources on the standard network, this paper researches the standardised conversion technique of the medical image devices with non-DICOM standard interfaces based on the systematic analysis of the various interfaces of the medical image devices. This is the foundation of the intercommunication of each system inside the HRPS (Hospital Information, Radiology Information, Picture Archiving and Communication System) management system network and it will have certain significance on the development of digital medical treatment.
