Abstract: Recently, the amount of construction about railway signalling system is steadily increasing to improve the transport services for the customer. But at present, efficiency of signal construction is very low. Because the period for the construction is limited to very short time at mid-night, flexibility of the signalling system is low from its system architecture and so on. To solve these problems, we are now grappling with the innovation of the railway signalling system. In this paper, safety-related autonomous decentralised technology is proposed. And as its practical application, the network signalling system is described.
