Abstract: The present study is referring to the implementation of a Six Sigma project in the manufacturing sector. The methodologies and tools that Six Sigma employs in a project application and the critical factors for a successful Six Sigma implementation in the manufacturing industry are presented through a case study, referring to a successful Six Sigma implementation project in a water bottling factory.
