Learning enabled human resource practices in software organisations in India

Abstract: The conceptual model depicted in this paper is based on the strategic human resource management and organisational learning literature. This study measures the extent to which learning enabled human resource practices are being practised in software organisations to enhance knowledge sharing and learning process. The research tool used in this study was tested for psychometric properties like unidimensionality, validity and reliability. The software employee's perception on learning enabled human resource practices that they experience in work setup were measured by this tool. ANOVA test revealed that there are significant differences in learning enabled human resource practices based on age and size of the software companies.
