Abstract: Based on the findings of our paper ''Measuring the Technological Development of the Textiles and Clothing Industry in Hong Kong'' in v4 n3 of this journal, this paper identifies five key indicators, as well as their input and output data, for measuring the technological development of the textiles and clothing (T & C) industry in Hong Kong. In this paper, we attempt to validate and evaluate the importance of the five key indicators, as well as their input and output data with perspectives of T & C industrialists. The results of this paper have also successfully shown that product, process and service are the key features of technometric performance with respect to the five key indicators as well as their input and output data in T & C industry.
