Abstract: A novel beamforming algorithm is proposed for MC-CDMA systems under time varying channel conditions to suppress the interference in the presence of strong interferers. An iterative algorithm which computes the beamforming weight vectors is presented in this paper. Thus, the desired data enriched signal improves the performance of MC-CDMA systems under various channel conditions including narrow and wide angle spreading, besides frequency selective fading and are investigated through the frequency domain beamforming technique. The simulation results show a significant reduction in bit error rate (BER) in the presence of interference.
