Abstract: In an effort to create linkages between members of a statewide early childhood community, an online Internet tutorial and accompanying discussion board was established and publicised. Links were included within the site to existing early childhood listserves, other child, family, disability issue discussion boards and chat rooms, and a variety of early childhood websites. Design considerations regarding the layout of the Internet Tutorial are discussed.
