Functional analysis of a multimedia-enhanced distance delivery prototype

Abstract: This paper provides a functional analysis and describes the multimedia prototype that was chosen by the author for completion of the requirements for Multimedia and Technology 7005/7006 Courses during the 1997 Summer Institute at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The paper describes in detail the audience, complete change event, strategies incorporated during the construction process, and a post-mortem of the production design including what went well and what was difficult. Also included is a discussion and conclusion as to the effectiveness of the project, as well as future plans. Complete descriptions along with figures of screen captures of each screen from the website are included.
