Technical Note: How to increase organizational innovation

Abstract: This paper examines the importance of innovation in the organization. Specific methods are presented for increasing the innovative efforts in the company. Sources of innovation are examined, both internal and external to the organization. Suggestions for managing people involved in innovation, as well as the process itself, are provided.
