Abstract: The carboxyl-containing ionites are known to be successfully used for various processes, sewage treatment, organic substances being isolated from solution, in medicine, etc. The efficiency of carboxyl-containing polymeric ionites is dependent upon morphology and specific surface as well. The efficiency can be increased due to additional chemical treatment of surface of ionites by acid and alkali aqua solutions at the temperatures which are sufficient for macromolecular conformative transition. The chemical treatment of ionites has been found to lead to function groups orientation due to capacity of ionites changed.
