Abstract: The purpose of the present research is to determine the variables of resistance spot welding for commercial aluminium sheets, having different thickness. Here, the spot welding variables which give the highest strength for different sheet thickness are identified and reported. Such identification of variables is intended to help welding engineers in spot welding aluminium sheets with commercial purity.
