Abstract: A non-destructive analysis and express control of the technological processing of polymers has been proposed. An automatic device has been constructed, which allows the simultaneous determination of the viscoelastic functions Φ*η-Ε over the complete spectrum of characteristic physical states in an extended interval of the experimentally defined values of the dynamic torsion modulus G′ in order of l03 up to 1011 Pa. A combined system, called the combined right torsion pendulum, has been applied, using the principle of the right torsion pendulum, where the total loading over the material on the part of the inertial disc has been taken from a high modulus elastic bearing and thus the polymers have been researched in absence of longitudinal loading.
