Abstract: Ongoing professional development is instrumental in today's changing educational environment. Teachers and students need effective tools in order to be lifelong learners. The Cranford School District, cognizant of the importance of everyone learning together, designed its technology logo, ''A Network of Learners'' to promote collaboration and support. The ''Technology Showcase'' is an online hypermedia prototype that offers teachers a vehicle for professional growth and support. The prototype showcases exemplary teaching strategies so that all stakeholders in the Cranford Public Schools learning organisation can excel and achieve the district's vision.
