Forum: a seminar course on globalisation

Abstract: A previous forum paper discussed the needs and awareness of globalisation efforts involving professionals in environmental sciences and engineering. Making engineering students aware of the relation between globalisation and engineering and integrating it into the educational curriculum have been popular topics in recent years. This forum paper outlines a seminar course initiated by the author on Globalisation and Engineering for a group of civil engineering graduate students and also for outstanding undergraduate students.
