Abstract: A class of neural networks with reaction-diffusion terms and distributed delays is investigated. By constructing suitable Lyapunov functional, using M-matrix theory and some analysis techniques, some sufficient conditions have been given to ensure existence, uniqueness, and global exponential stability of equilibrium points of a class of neural networks with reaction-diffusion terms and distributed delays. Moreover, the exponential converging velocity index has been estimated, which depends on the delay kernel functions and system parameters. An example has been given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.
