Determinants of performance management system in UAE public sector

Abstract: The e-performance systems can be an aid to help the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to prepare for the new challenges of the modern economic world. This study describes employee e-performance effectiveness within United Arab Emirates organisations and investigates of using manual and traditional performance system as well as the electronic performance system. Our research reveals that e-performance systems identify major components that have a dramatic impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of governmental operations, such as to explore the advantages of using electronic systems in accelerating the accomplishment of employee job objectives.
