Abstract: The world is changing rapidly, and leadership is no exception. We have to change to survive. Leaders must pave the way for change. The leaders at all levels of a nation play important roles in determining the future quality of our lives, businesses, organisations and society. This paper presents some new concepts, ideas and attributes that would help today's executives and managers understand the future of leadership and, hopefully, prepare themselves to become effective leaders of the future.
