Capability maturity model of process-oriented enterprise for collaborative commerce environment

Abstract: According to the jagged information degree of various process-oriented enterprises, capability maturity model of process-oriented enterprise was proposed, weight of each index was determined by using principal component analysis, archaeology legend and progressive legend was given. Then five grading models were established, enterprise characteristics of different scale were described, based on grading model collaborative commerce, and a model of different scale maturity enterprise was designed. Research work will help process-oriented enterprise develop collaborative commerce.
