Cultural and creative tourism: a case study of dance drama in Shanxi

Abstract: Chang Hen Ge is China's first large-scale historical dance drama edited by the Shanxi Tourism Group and also is the mighty brand of cultural and creative industry of Northwest China; the emergence of Chang Hen Ge is the embodiment of China's cultural industry upgraded to the cultural and creative industry. This paper takes the dance drama Chang Hen Ge as a case, discussing the cultural and creative tourism model, studying the operational system and external environment of cultural and creative tourism industry, analysing how to possess double features of tourism and cultural creativity, discovering the entry point of cultural and creative tourism according to the resources characteristics, geographical and cultural characteristics, bringing forward suggestions and strategies of cultural and creative tourism industry and provide positive reference for the development of China's cultural and creative tourism industry.
