Fugitive emissions control total quality management

Abstract: Environmental problems such as control of emissions have become increasingly important for manufacturers, so that, for Union Carbide, they have been elevated to the centre of the company's policies. This article shows how, through a firm resolve and the application of total quality management, companies can work towards solving these environmental problems.
