Parametric study of solar hydrogen production from saline water electrolysis

Abstract: The purpose of this work is to study the electrolysis of water for the production of hydrogen. A number of parameters, including salinity, voltage, current density and quantity of electricity, were investigated, and their effect on hydrogen production using a modified simple Hoffman electrolysis cell is reported.
