Abstract: According to the structural and operating characteristics of the ultra-supercritical once-through boiler, the moving-boundary full scope simulation model was established, based on mass balance, energy balance and momentum balance. The model can accurately simulate the enablement, shut off, normal and malfunctioned conditions of the boiler. With good dynamic and static characteristics, the model has been successfully applied to the simulation engine of 600 MW ultra-supercritical once-through boilers.
